Refund & Verification Policy

Overview

All payments in EarnzoX – Daily Rewards App Powered by Appnosh are processed manually (offline). Users transfer funds using bank transfer / UPI / other payment methods outside the app and upload payment proof (screenshot, UPI receipt, transaction ID). Our team verifies proofs before crediting Diamonds, Coins, or Membership benefits.

Verification timeline

1. We aim to review and verify payment proof within <strong>24–48 hours</strong> on business days.
2. If additional information is needed we will contact the user via registered email or in-app message.

Approval & credits

Diamonds, Coins, or Membership benefits are credited only after successful verification by our team. Membership start date is the time admin marks the payment as approved.

Refunds

1. Once a purchase is <strong>approved and credited</strong>, it is final and non-refundable.
2. Refunds are possible only in exceptional cases where we are unable to credit a verified payment due to an internal system error; in such cases we will attempt to credit or refund after investigation.
3. If proof is invalid or unclear, the transaction may be rejected; rejected proofs can be re-submitted with correct evidence.
4. Coin redemptions for gift cards or vouchers are final once processed — they cannot be canceled, reversed, or exchanged for a different reward.

Disputed or missing credits

If you uploaded correct proof and did not receive credits within 72 hours, contact support@rewardpoint.com with:

1. Transaction reference (if any)
2. Payment method and timestamp
3. Uploaded proof screenshot
4. Your username / registered email

User responsibility

Users are responsible for transferring funds to correct accounts. We are not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts by the user.

Changes

We may update this policy. The newest version will show the updated effective date.
